oh for the love of god don’t even start this shit. I was pissed when I found out about the shower of cunts thing, even though i wasn’t really in the fandom when that happened. saying sexist-ass shit is saying sexist-ass shit and it deserves to be called to people’s attention every single time. even when it makes you uncomfortable. even when you feel like maybe as a fandom we let that one thing slide. that’s no excuse for what Louis said. i love one direction but they do some stuff that is problematic as fuck and we have to point it out relentlessly. just because we love them doesn’t mean we have to let them get away with sexism and other bullshittery.
